A dance and stripper pole invented by a local man recently received a patent, the latest in a short list of central San Joaquin Valley entrepreneurs to win the distinction. The pole joins the ranks of the Fresno scraper farm tool, solar-powered hat fans and new types of grapes. Randy Blacker of Lil' Mynx created the removable floor-to-ceiling poles and manufactures them in east Fresno.

Paris Hilton gets a Lil' Mynx

Paris' interior designer Faye Resnick requests a Lil' Mynx
for her new house in Hollywood. Paris had the Lil' Mynx installed
in her new house just in time for her party for Stavros on April
17.
Miss Paris Hilton threw a surprise birthday party for her boyfriend, Stavros Niarchos Monday night at her Hollywood Hills mansion.
The birthday boy celebrated a milestone, his 21st, and was surrounded by his friends, lots of really hot, tall, skinny, accented foreigners.
Paris recently renovated her home that she jokingly dubbed Club Paris, which included adding a Lil' Mynx dance pole. Many of her friends saw the finished product for the first time on Monday.
Partiers included: Nicky Hilton, Kevin Connolly, Brett Ratner, Milla Jovovich, Vincent Gallo, Elisha Cuthbert, Kimberly Stewart, Jon Alagem, David Katzenberg, Brody Jenner, Andy Milonakis, Casey Johnson and Lucas Haas.

midnight, Courtney Love made a surprise appearance accompanied
by Billy Corgan and her drummer/friend Lisa.
Miss Love looked gorgeous dressed in all black, wearing diamond-covered heels, and her hair adorned with decorative fabric.
At 1:30 a.m. some guests jumped in the pool, including Stavros - clad in his boxers - and Paris (who went swimming in her dress). Quite a fun way to cap the evening!
