Lil’ Mynx is proud to be a part of the new Diva Fit pole dancing app now available in the iTunes store. There are pictures and video of over 100 spins, tricks and exercises. The Diva Fit app includes instructions for the moves and the ability to type in your own notes.  There are also strength exercises and stretches as well as pole moves making it an overall workout program.

• Premiere of the “Pole Life” documentary, Pole Classic Competition (male & female pole dancing contest), and Pole Star Showcase Theatrics! Now accepting submissions for the Pole Classic. This contest is open to ladies and men with a minimum of one year pole dancing experience. Watch our mixed pole competition, where women and men are accepted and judged as the same!

The New Era of Sport & Fitness is coming back to Columbia, South Carolina on May 26, 2012 at The Marriott Hotel (1200 Hampton Street). The Pole Dance America Competition is making its second visit to Columbia to crown both Ms South & North Carolina Champions.   There are over 15 ladies across both states coming together to earn a spot in the regional competition with a chance the become the first Pole Dance America Champion.
